Hello, Subscriber!

My sincere apologies...

The last time I sent out an email to subscribers was just prior to the February 7th Thursday night session. That night, my co-host made a change to the ZOOM link for the meeting15-20 minutes prior to "showtime", due to a ZOOM-link time limit, I think. Needless to say, while I was able to update the social media links easy enough, but to bust out another newsletter with such short notice just isn't among my impressive set of skills (trust me, I'm still looking for those skills... I think I set them down with my car keys... somewhere).

If you like the content or resources, share this!

Another error I made with that last email issue was one of the recommended reading items still had the icon, the graphic, liked to an old URL and story. While the text [LINK] was correct for my story on "Holding the IRS Accountable", the link attached to the image was not updated. Sigh... see what happens when you're in a hurry! So, this time round I hope to be a bit more careful! If you missed it last time, you can revisit that body of valuable information this time round. You won't believe what IRS "presumes".
Thursday 2/22 at 6:00 PM we are hosting an education forum: matters of "law" vs. "legality" (NOT the same). And look!.. the announcement is ahead of the kick-off time again! Come meet my co-host Angela, she's awesome, you'll love her!

This week, we'll finish our review of the Declaration of Independence. We're about 2/3 through it, read ahead, prep a few good questions! Some people in Washington D.C. believe it's a "Declaration of Inter-dependence", where the motto is "you give us your money, we make you miserable...", but, that was not the original intention! The Bill of Rights will be up next.

We are CHANGING PLATFORMS for this week, meeting in our sister-topic "American State Nationals United" Telegram Group, which you can access here: https://t.me/+y4BEx914IaYyNDZh

This week we may test-drive the OBS artwork set and production design we've been working on. Share this message with others who might be interested in attending, and help us build our audience!

If you don't know your rights, you effectively don't have rights... and you cannot defend yourself against those intent to trespass your rights.
We hope to see you Thursday!
question #1
The right to apply one's authority, illustrated by the phrase, "I'm your father; I brought you into this world I'll take you out!", is a concept called: _____________.
If you find this interesting or helpful, please share it.
Here's some more worthwhile information:
The Common Law Handbook free [pdf] on 29pp of intro to Common Law; as opposed to statutory law. What's the difference? Statutes are "rules" someone wrote down on paper, threw at you, and expects you to be responsible for... whether you are within their jurisdiction or not! National Liberty Alliance version with Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and other goodies at [Amazon] 64pp, ~$5, I make nothing on it.

Common Law Maxims free [pdf] on 23pp of "Maxims" of law related to "Common Law". Maxims are principles that have been so thoroughly argued throughout history there is no need to further discuss them... they are inherently and undeniably "true". A good place to begin a discussion, establish a stand, or defend an argument!

Holding the IRS Accountable [LINK]
This post is the fruit of a larger project last year. One of my private clients had me help him respond to the IRS (this series), and we're currently preparing a claim based on what we learned. "You probably don't owe and aren't responsible for federal income taxes".
And, by the way, here are some links to the social media areas where you can interact with the topic of freedom, justice, and your part to play in "self-government". The civil side of government should be run by "civilians" after all... and we'd really enjoy a few more opinionated and outspoken members! (no, really!)

As a hint to those of you who like my t-shirt designs, pick up your favorite sometime soon before I reset the pricing. They've raised all the prices on production since the recent "health-scare" and thoughtful gifts-of-idiocy from the "geriatric-in-chief". I don't think I have prices presently set to clear any reasonable profit, if any... and prices need to be reset so that it's worth even logging in to arrange a pay-out. Check out the designs at "Tee Ranter Store US" (SPRING) before prices go up $5-10.
I've said to SPRING, the site, platform, and host for my merch store, that setting prices should be done globally by either a hard dollar amount or by a percentage over production, but reason and sense just don't register with some people. Presently, it's "reset each design, for each item, one at a time..."; a great use of my time!

I hope to see you in our Thursday evening discussions!

regards,
question #2
True or False: The term "person" is synonymous with "man", "woman", or the "people" and is used often in statutes to include all people responsible to those rules.

A few handy freedom tools:

"Freedom Civilized"

The ability to defend oneself is paramount to living free, as any antelope between two lions discussing "what's for lunch" will tell you. I contend the "West" was a much more mannerly place back in the day when "runnin' yer mouth a bit reckless" might get you shot; but that's just my opinion...

With the U.S. Federal Reserve Note losing value hand-over-fist, over 98% in purchasing power since the inception of the Federal Reserve, and speeding up, it might make sense to have a mechanism and learn how to "trade and barter" items of real value. While this tool is designed to grade gold and silver, any items of value can work... "cigarettes in the FEMA camps", perhaps...
