Hello, Subscriber!

Off into the weeds... but, with a compass and a map.

As we continue our discussion of the constructs of a valid contract, we must wander off the beaten path with this week's segment. It will likely seem odd, or even crazy, but our current public education system simply doesn't teach us what we "need" to know, but what the government sponsor of education "wants us to know"; which isn't much. So, this info is likely to be new to you. We'll return to this complex application at the end, but, this is the format in which I signed the passport the government issued me... a maze to be navigated.

How you "authorize" documents can change the contract.

The Eight Constructs of a Valid Contract [part 3]:

NOTICE: This discourse is not "legal advise" and should never be considered such. It is a discussion of a topic from the perspective of the author; in fact an "opinion", which bears only the weight of the ideas presented. If applying such ideas to lawful actions, you are encouraged to research, cite, and base your claims upon established statutes and case law which have been tried by judicial process.
Directly from the footnotes of a recent claim, here are the concepts inherent to a contract: "A 'valid contract' is determined by eight (8) factors as: [i] parties competent to contract, [ii] free and genuine consent, [iii] full and honest disclosure, [iv] valuable consideration, [v] certainty of terms, [vi] meeting of the minds, [vii] wet-ink autographs of two (2) like-kind parties, and [viii] privity of contract (party rights and responsibilities)"
[iv] Valuable Consideration: The basic idea of a contract is "trade"; the two parties must each possess something the other party wants, or there's no reason to contract! Whether the trade involves a trade of property, "your new slingshot for my old beat-up bike" or an offer of services in exchange for money, "I'll cut and trim your lawn four times a month for $125 a month...", there must be an exchange of value. It is not absolutely necessary that the values exchanged be equal; but that is common. It is, however, requisite that the parties to the contract are satisfied and agree to what they receive as their "part of the bargain".

We covered a good portion of the "like-kind" aspect with last week's topics "meeting of minds" and "parties competent to contract" because I felt the "like-kind" aspect related more directly to those two factors.

[vii] Wet-ink Autograph of two like-kind parties: The "wet-ink" aspect of the contract indicates that both parties were present, sui juris, speaking for themselves, or in the case of a contract "acting for themselves". A contract is an "act" or lawful action. The signature or autographs are no rubber stamp, which would be a representation of authorization by anyone in possession of the stamp. The wet-ink autograph is an indication, a verification of a living soul granting their own authorization to the acts and terms of the contract.

As we discussed last week, we don't always act on behalf of our "living soul"; which is literally "us". Many times the organizations, the government, and the banking cartels have us "signing" or applying a "sign" to authorize consent on behalf of our "officer"; or worse yet, our "vessel".

In the interest of making a potentially very long story much shorter... a few visual examples follow.
The version of your authorization that represents your living being is an auto-graph; a self-generated (auto) record (graph) of your authorization for an action. That would be your full lawful name in lower case letters... simply your given name without capitalization, as "john quincy public". To be complete that autograph would include a thumbprint (your seal) and would be completed in red ink (blood representation) to indicate this was authorized by a "living soul". Leviticus 17:14 "...for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof..."

I know that looks and sounds a bit odd. We are all conditioned and misinformed with the public school system teaching us less than we really need to function at full capacity for ourselves. It isn't fair. It isn't right. But... that's what we have at this point; and some of us are working to raise the education level around us! Do feel free to share this article or others you liked and help with that educational effort. The last thing the government and those in power want is to have us completely capable with a full understanding of how things truly work...

The version of your authorization that represents your "officer", or your incorporate function with business would also be an auto-graph, but would be the more familiar capitalized version, such as: "John Quincy Public". It would also be printed rather than "signed" cursively, but the ink would be blue, by your hand, usually without a thumbprint seal, and there should be a "byline" which includes your given name; such as: "John Quincy Public", by: john quincy public. It indicates "this is authorized in the officer's capacity (incorporate fiction) by the living soul, john quincy public".

Why do each of these include a copyright symbol? (c) These authorizations are your exclusive property by which you transfer your authorization or your "authorized will" to a lawful action. It is notice that impersonating your authorization or counterfeiting such has very serious consequences with which you fully intend to follow through.

You would use your "officer's" authorization when you work with corporations, service companies, and in some instances, the government. Don't forget, only incorporate entities (your officer) can contract and interact with other corporations. Men contract with men (or women) and it is not appropriate that the two entity types mix.

I requested a passport to reflect my "State National" status, but the U.S. State Department issued me the passport for a "U.S. Citizen". That passport is issued to my "vessel". The problem? "I am not my vessel. My vessel won't be traveling, this "man" will." So, here's what my authorization of the document is meant to communicate to whoever or whatever "officer" examines my passport until I can get the State Department to correct it.
  • the stamp: "I received your document"
  • addressed to "the vessel" (an incorporate, fictional entity)
  • it is authorized by: "john quincy public" a living soul
  • it is verified by my thumbprint seal (corporations don't have thumbs)
  • it is dated and time stamped (specifically acted upon)
  • includes UCC 1-308 "with explicit reservation of rights"
  • includes 18 USC §1545 a "safe conduct" clause
  • all over a USPO international stamp; backed by gold, international jurisdiction
The Supreme Court of the United States has confirmed this "variance in status" in several cases. One of the most poignant and brief statements of such is from Penhallow v. Doane’s Administraters (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54), a. “Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible."

Mankind is of a higher order, to the point man is of a "spiritual and divine origin", infinitely higher than those corporate fictions that man creates which exist only on paper; period. The reason our governments at every level continually lead U.S. Citizens into contracts and entanglements as their incorporate "vessel" is that they can control and manipulate an incorporate entity as long as they keep you "acting for your vessel" on their shared incorporate plane. They have no "standing" with a man; no "parity". Admitting that would be to lose "standing", the power they exercise over the man; unacceptable from their perspective...
