In continuing the topic brought forward by the recent "in-equity" of the Michael Sussman proceedings in which the same charges of "lying to the FBI" concluded with claims of "our time is better spent in other matters" whereas similar charges for Lt. General Michael Flynn (ret.) dragged him through the muck for months on end. The only difference among the issues seeming to be party affiliation and sympathy with those who control the "news".

What prompted this discussion of the "Twelve Presumptions of the BAR Guild" was the apparent two-tier "justice" system. Knowing there are "presumptions of the court" negates that Lady Justice is indeed blind, or has her sight obscured by blind-fold. Reviewing the twelve points over the past three weeks, we can see that there is no true justice in the courts as they stand; only profit. If the profit for the courts and the BAR agents involved leans in your direction, you may net the "appearance of justice"; be it financial or political profit. I'm afraid, in this day and age until "we, the people" retake control of our nation and nation-states, such is not likely to soon change.

Government and the courts operate in a standard procedure which David Straight boiled down to an acronym: the "PATH". They establish Presumptions, proceed with Assumptions, gain Tacit agreement of the accused (usually in ignorance), and support their "case" with Hearsay rather than evidence. The courts and most operations of government wherein such agency contacts you to "get in line" are leading you down a PATH to a predetermined outcome... "railroaded". The rails lead to one outcome, one path, to their profiting from you in some way. "Sheering the sheep" is the modus operandi.

The concept of "Constructive Conversion"
|
Such is accomplished through a system called "constructive fraud" or in some cases as with property theft, "constructive conversion". The idea is that the whole of the operation results in fraud, larceny, exploitation, extortion, or other heinous series of felonies, but the task assigned to each "compartmentalized legal idiot", the government worker who shows up to "do their job", looks wholly innocuous and innocent. The greater crime is "constructed" from separate seemingly innocent parts. The true crime might be the complicity and apathy by which such soldier ants of the system never question the larger effect of the ant hill; if the result of what they are doing is "honorable".

While their general ignorance is not laudable, they don't know what they don't know, and those complicit or culpable in the organization of such felonious assault certainly don't host a class to educate them to the "grand design". These are our neighbors who, granted might be more attentive to their role in the bigger picture. But it's up to us, who may have learned better, to "educate them".

Not one in one hundred are aware of "constructive fraud" nor their role in it as a "compartmentalized legal idiot", a description coined by David Straight. These are one piece of a large puzzle for which the box top, the guiding picture of the result, has long been burned. Rare indeed is the man who can assemble the puzzle and call attention to the fraud revealed by the assembled picture. Our job, as Mr. Straight suggests, is to notify them of their "errors" and educate them so they never do it again.

9. ...the Private Bar Guild (presumes) the judge/magistrate in the capacity of Executor while the Prosecutor acts in the capacity of Beneficiary of the trust for the current matter... and you are by default the trustee... [The BAR knows that most people are ignorant of the trust established at birth (your "minor estate") which has been growing in value ever since... that each of us can be "creditors" rather than "debtors" if only we knew such depended upon our status and education. "Our power is on the land and soil (property), so they removed us from it!" You are the co-executor and co-beneficiary, but only if you accept that responsibility and claim your minor estate. The BAR assumes you are ignorant of these, so they set the "court agents" to control as executor (magistrate) and benefit as "beneficiary" (prosecution) the value they make you responsible for (mismanaging the trust as trustee), when in reality, they are not even addressing you but the vessel they created projecting expectation and obligation upon you in order to "loot your vessel". These are inland pirates; the lowest of the low.]

10. ...if the accused does seek to assert their right as Executor and Beneficiary over their body, mind and soul they are acting as an Executor De Son Tort or a “false executor” challenging the “rightful” judge as Executor... [which maintains] the right to have you arrested, detained, fined or forced into a psychiatric evaluation... [If I understood the description correctly, the judge and prosecutor gain a "net retention" for each felony conviction, the value of which is $90,000 for the judge and $40,000 (hoping my memory serves well) for the prosecution, which they tend to share with the defense council. They route this money from your "minor estate", the trust you don't know you have which they know they can "bill" to satisfy the "charges" filed against you. The defense council, the attorney you hired and pay handsomely for their "help", can sign for you and with three signatures, judge, prosecutor, and defense council on your behalf consenting to your incarceration, can hold you for surety of a bond that isn't even assigned to "you", but to a "fictional entity" created for which you have been conditioned to take responsibility. 11. ...the presumption that you are at least ignorant of the law, therefore incompetent to present yourself and argue properly... the judge/magistrate as executor has the right to have you arrested, detained, fined or forced into a psychiatric evaluation... it stands by the time of pleading that you are incompetent... [With the presumption that you are the "trustee" that has managed the trust poorly, the "executor" can fine you, unless you hold to your rights as both co-executor and co-beneficiary. An attorney cannot "represent" the living, only an entity or an incompetent. This is why they fight so hard to have you "accept council"... all through tacit agreement, your end of a verbal or written contract which you have the right and ability to "decline to be a party".]

12. ...it is presumed to be a private business meeting of the Bar Guild, [and] you are guilty whether you plead “guilty”, do not plead or plead “not guilty”... then the presumption is you are guilty and the private Bar Guild can hold you until a bond is prepared to guarantee the amount the guild wants to profit from you. [The BAR has nothing to do with "justice". It is "in business" to sheer the sheep. Along with municipalities, cities, counties, states, and the federal government, many courts and "government agencies" are incorporated for-profit business functions operating under a corporate charter as "government service agencies" hired to "provide services". The courts are businesses and not the Article 1 or 3 courts the people are owed.]

Such iniquity thrives in ignorance. Such evil perpetuates in darkness. Those who can throw the lights on cause the "bugs" to scatter for the shadows. Bringing light to the situation requires some education. It's not difficult, but such education is neither a quick nor easy process. There is no "pill" for this solution; only resolve, dedication, and sincere effort. I for one believe the corruption at this stage is so large that we'll need God's help to overcome it, and I'm not certain that enough of us at this rate are going to show up "to do justice and judgment" before God gets drastic in His solutions. I don't believe our nation and country are currently functioning within his will nor pleasing to Him at this point in our history and culture.

In reading the following quotes, know that the "princes" of that day were not necessarily the sons of the kings, literal princes, but those given a commission to oversee the business of the kingdom... the agents, officers, and political actors. Reading these quotes with that concept in mind sheds a piercing light onto it's relation to our day:

The preceding paints a rather vivid picture of the swamp in which our state, nation, country, and government seem to be wallowing. Along with such admonition earlier in the same chapter:

"Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow." Isaiah 1:17 [Such is our commission to "do better", to "seek judgment".]

"To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice." Proverbs 21:3 [Perhaps the wisdom of those who have been on a similar path.]

Also of interest to the preceding quotes, are that proverbs are written by men relating those valuable lessons learned walking in the light of God throughout their lives. The text and quotes of the prophets, however, very often begin with the phrase, "Thus sayeth the Lord..." and can be attributed to a much higher authority.

The people don't sue, and we don't plead. We, the people declare and claim. We declare our innocence. We claim there is trespass and damage and issue a written claim for redress of grievance and remedy for damage; as in "Here are the facts of the matter supported with evidence and testimony given under penalty of perjury; refute the facts with evidence or pay the claim and cure the damage."
