Our Thursday evening education sessions on the people's rights and the law are going well. Last week we reviewed the "8 Factors of a Valid Contract"! "Oh Boy, doesn't that sound fun!?" No... I'm certain you believe you have a hundred more interesting things to do than discuss contracts; until you learn that you are entangled in multiple unilateral contracts costing you serious money of which you aren't even aware!

Your driver's license is a contract. It's connected to the "motor vehicle registration" you're told you need. If you don't use your automobile for business, as a livery vehicle transporting passengers in exchange for a fare, or for shipping cargo under contract, your automobile isn't involved in commerce, and isn't classified as a "motor vehicle". Therefore, you and it aren't subject to "motor vehicle" codes. Yep, no kidding!

Though, until you can defend your right to manage your private property in a manner that pleases you, don't go kicking up dust around that issue. Before freeing yourself from such contracts, you first need the education on how to stand up for your rights!

Although, for a bit of motivation, how much money would you save each year not having to renew auto registration, environmental testing, and licensing fees? Add tickets for "code violations" your driving style might attract which don't necessarily apply to you, and you might find a reason to join us for a friendly and informative chat Thursday's at 6:00 PM Mountain (Phoenix)!

Here's a little further motivation: your marriage is three-way contract among "producers", you, your spouse, and the STATE. Ever wonder how the STATE can "legally" separate sons and daughters from mothers and fathers? They contract with husbands and wives as "co-producer" of the product of the marriage and view your "kids" as property. Contracts are everywhere, and being "free" means knowing and standing for your rights against those that would trespass them!
