NOTICE: Status Change to PMA

As a client, associate, site member, or friend, and in the interest of continuing service I had offered you previously, I wanted to inform you of updates on the change of status for my business activities.  Be sure to catch notes on the redesign of davidpandone.com at the end of this notice.

*** Notice to Clients, Associates, and Friends  ***

I did not renew this past year my “state licensure” with the “State of Arizona” as I saw no further benefits from the state requirement to jump through such numerous and increasingly ridiculous hoops.  Such assumed authority would, however, take it upon “IT-self” to dictate that “I don’t have the right to discuss matters of finance, estate planning, or investment with friends and associates” and that assumed authority would seek to subject me to “ITs statutes and ordinances” to which, in a private association as is my current business model, is well outside such corporate jurisdiction.

It boils down to this:

“What two people decide and have agreed to discuss in private is nobody’s business but their own.”

Here is how it works:

private membership association (PMA) is not anything “new” or “fringe”.  This is a very old business structure which has fallen from consciousness because the state tends to push the corporate organization of business which exists in the “public” arena over which they exert jurisdiction, regulation, and from which they benefit financially… to a very large degree.  Some common PMAs are private golf or racquet associations, investment associations, dining or drinking associations (esp. during prohibition), and the modern and popular supply of goods and services through associations like Sam’s Club and Costco.  Members sign an agreement and are held to the terms of the agreement.  Non-members don’t have access to the benefits of the association.  Simple… and very powerful in protecting your God-given rights.

The same applies for this PMA, but on a much smaller scale… for the time being!

The Member Agreement is outlined and linked for review of the Private Membership Association: “dp Research and Education PMA“, which we may have mentioned or discussed the last we spoke or communicated.  You are under no obligation to continue our business relationship or to accept or adopt these terms for the relationship with which I will continue my dealings with family, friends, associates, or acquaintances.  I plan to offer this association membership “for consideration” at various levels of temporary (short-term), monthly, and annual terms; the annual membership being the most cost effective long-term.  In times past I enjoyed being able to offer my consultation and service at no charge to clients, the company which underwrites such contracts is no longer covering those expenses for the clients.

“I’m from the government and I’m here to help…” I opt to no longer play their games.

If you would like to have access to my services in the future, in order to protect my interests and private property, I will need an agreement in writing prior to discussing with you any matters over which the “state” has assumed authority to license and/or regulate “for the public welfare”.  This establishes an agreement and allows me to bear written proof that our discussions take place “in private” and is not subject to any state, federal, or bureaucratic oversight.  It also expands the reach of topics we can discuss to lawfully include any topic that interests you for which you believe my skills, experience, and knowledge may be beneficial to you.  Reading through the membership agreement should answer most questions.

Membership in this PMA is written to include trade among the members… which means you can extend your own services or trade to fellow association members without having to set up a PMA yourself!

A note of interest.

You may follow the link and review the membership agreement for the “dp Research and Education Private Membership Association” (dpRE) and take the necessary time to review it.  You may join the association at your pleasure through the links provided below.  If you have any questions, contact me through this site.  (You don’t need to sign the agreement to ask questions about the agreement… I already got the question!  ;-D)

Review the Membership Agreement, or read it and make application here:

I am actively seeking to have the service providers in the financial industry review and adopt support for the PMA business model to service current clients.  If you wish to have my future help with accounts established earlier, they may require an additional letter of instruction specifically designating your desire to have me access records for your account or to communicate with the underwriter for your accounts on your behalf, as was the nature of the previous relationship.  If that proves necessary to move forward with the underwriters, I will keep current and previous clients informed as that relationship develops.

*** END of Notice ***

My website, davidpandone.com, is being revamped to focus on education; especially in relation to my MoneySmart book and financial literacy.  The site is under re-construction, but you can access the site during the revamp and take a look at how the website is remodeled.

Do let me know if you have feedback, questions, or concerns.  I’m thinking that those who homeschool their junior-high and especially employment-age teens would enjoy sharing such information as a part of the homeschool curriculum!  Here are the education product descriptions I have posted so far:

  1. MoneySmart Ch2 Tour: Monthly Budget
  2. MoneySmart Ch3 Tour: Financial Goal Worksheet
  3. MoneySmart Ch4-5 Tour: Multiple Incomes
  4. MoneySmart Ch8 Tour: Reduce Your Debt Load
  5. MoneySmart Ch9 Tour: Increase Your Credit Score
  6. MoneySmart Guide to Wealth (5 sections)

and one more note of interest…

I’m also looking into adding an affiliate program whereby those who appreciate my publications, my efforts in financial literacy, and services offered to members through the PMA can net a stipend for having had recommended others who complete an order for my publications or PMA membership.  Unfortunately these days, even paid advertising only works for those who adhere to the agenda of those in control of social media, the means of modern mass communication.  That opportunity for others to use their circle of influence should help me overcome the persistent cancel-culture I encounter on such platforms.

“How will they know if you don’t tell them?”  If you’ve ever learned anything of value from me, please consider sharing that value with others.

I hope my note finds you well and in good spirits.  I am looking forward to our next conversation!

Warm regards,
