Hello, Subscriber!

Injustice:

I mentioned yesterday to a friend who has more experience with websites and IT technology than me, that there was evidence that "someone other than me is sending email from one of my email addresses!" His immediate reply was "you've opened some email that started a phishing scam".

"Taking out the trash..."
We also discussed briefly that "some people have no other power in their lives but to prey upon and interfere with others", considering there was no monetary benefit to the attack. There is no other place in their life where they can "influence" the world around them, therefore gravitate to their only outlet, and a negative affect at that. What a very sad waste of talent. "Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another." (Romans 14:19)

My website over the past few weeks has been spotty in it's performance, being intermittently up and down. My email addresses are connected to the domain "@davidpandone.com", so my suspicion is the two incidents are linked; someone somewhere has been doing nefarious deeds.

My sincere apologies to any and all that got email from "admin@davidpandone.com" over the past few weeks that didn't seem as if it was from this site and this author!

When I asked "how is it fixed?", my friend's reply was "dump the email address". So, to prevent anyone other than me from sending emails out to my list, "admin@davidpandone.com" has been shut down. If you have issues with this newsletter or anything else on the site, find the new "response email" address. The "do_not_reply" address is only set up to send mail (the newsletter at present), and the alternate admin address is only set to receive mail. Hopefully that solves that issue.
Also included in that fix was the confirmation of subscriptions over the last seven days. I sent two emails out asking for confirmation from all that wish to continue on the two lists, one for this newsletter and one for new blog posts. Any addresses who had not responded over the past week was removed. For future security, anyone who hasn't responded (opening an email) in six weeks, now that there's a weekly newsletter, will be scheduled for the same. Neither of us want you dealing with things you don't read in your inbox.

"Ships that pass in the night..."

What happened with Michael Sussman, the Clinton campaign attorney who was indicted on charges that he lied to the FBI concerning the Russia collusion hoax? The jury unanimously acquitted the man, with the jury foreman allegedly commenting "we shouldn't have heard this, we have more important matters to attend." or words to that affect. I don't do "news", but commentary. We've got vessels progressing in darkness because darkness is what prevails; "ships that pass...", so to speak. What follows is my comment:

Justice in the U.S. today is
a "Just-Us Illusion"
I have learned recently that the U.S. court system has been overtaken by the BAR Guild, wherein every matter before the court is a "private BAR guild matter", unless such standing is contested and rebutted. That, along with 12 other and more heinous "presumptions of the BAR court" effectively remove any consideration of justice and replace it with "business activity" of the guild. The question becomes not "wherein lies equity", which is why lady justice bears scales and a blind fold, but "how much can we profit by sheering the sheep in our pen?"

The members of the BAR association take an oath to the BAR that they hold as superior to their public oath unless contested. Courts in the U.S. have been overtaken by the BAR, a titled class of the "crown", wherein if challenged, they must recuse themselves from court or commit crimes themselves. These operate as Roman courts on presumptions rather than Article 1 or 3 courts as we the people are owed.

The courtroom beyond the bar is also considered a "British vessel in dry dock"; the jurisdiction of admiralty wherein the captain holds ultimate power over the souls onboard. Most people don't know these things, so they are rarely if ever challenged. Let's look at all twelve, in brief, four each week over the next few weeks, just to keep it readable:
From the notes and writing of David Straight:
[with my notes in blue]

A Roman Court does not operate according to any true rule of law, but by presumptions
of the law. Therefore, if presumptions presented by the private Bar Guild are not
rebutted they become fact and are therefore said to stand true [Or as “truth in
commerce”]; that is "a contract to which you agree by acquiescence, or not contesting"

  1. The Presumption of Public Record is that any matter brought before a lower Roman Courts is... presumed by the members of the private Bar Guild that the matter is a private Bar Guild business matter. [the question at hand: "how much can we sheer the sheep for?" with the proceeds to the judge at $90,000 per felony count conviction in a form of commission called a "net retention".]
  2. ...members of the Private Bar Guild who have all sworn a solemn secret absolute oath to their Guild then act as public agents of the Government... unless openly rebuked and rejected, the claim stands that these private Bar Guild members are legitimate public servants and therefore trustees under public oath. [the judge, the prosecutor, and your defense attorney are likely all BAR Guild members, and likely socialize outside of court to some level. The judge and prosecutor tend to share their "net retentions" with your defense attorney. The court needs three signatures to convict you and sentence you to jail... your attorney, who holds power of attorney signs on your behalf. If you don't sign, they can't incarcerate you.]
  3. ...Unless openly challenged and demanded, the presumption stands that the Private Bar Guild members have functioned under their public oath in contradiction to their Guild oath. If challenged, such individuals must recuse themselves as having a conflict of interest... [At $40,000 per felony conviction for the prosecutor (if memory serves), and $90,000 in net retentions for each felony conviction for the judge, it isn't in their financial self-interest to be forthright with such information.]
  4. The Presumption of Immunity is that key members of the Private Bar Guild in the capacity of “public officials” acting as judges, prosecutors and magistrates who have sworn a solemn public oath in good faith are immune from personal claims of injury and liability. [But, they're NOT immune, and they know it. When openly challenged some judges have been known to immediately and without explanation dismiss cases or flee the courtroom (third party account). These are major trespasses which carry serious penalties and jail time.]
[end presumptions of the BAR Guild, #1-4]
And those are just the first four. There are those that remain that are not only a direct assault on your freedom, but an direct and brazen insult to your intelligence. We'll look at #5-8 next week!
Justice is history... unless we change it. Find some cause, some effort to support and do what you can. Sharing this newsletter is a simple thing to do, especially if you appreciate or enjoy what you are reading. If it sparks an intelligent conversation with your friends, you can change mindsets and therefore the trajectory of the culture of our country. Your country and countrymen need you.

In today's BAR Guild version of a Roman court proceeding, what role of absolute authority does the judge assume over the "court" unless contested?

"It involves understanding that inflation is not rising prices but a diminishing purchasing power for currency and bank deposits, and that the changes in the quantity of currency and credit discussed by monetarists are not the most important issue." "In which of the two trial types does the jury decide both the "facts and the law" and the judge only serves to administer proper procedure? A "jury trial", or a "trial by jury"?
